Welcome to Our Self-Service Laundromat! Please Read and Follow These Guidelines:
Respect Our Space
Please dispose of all trash in the provided bins. Please do not use our bins for your household rubbish items.
Keep noise to a minimum to maintain a peaceful environment for all customers.
Avoid damaging any equipment or facility property. If you are experiencing a challenge speak to our team for assistance (outside staffed hours call 0497 825 801)
Use of Equipment
Follow all instructions on the washing machines and dryers to ensure proper use.
Report any malfunctioning or broken equipment to the team promptly.
Do not overload the machines to prevent damage and ensure effective cleaning.
Incorrect use of our machinery may result in you being asked to leave our premises - i.e. Using the dryers for animal items, attempting to remove the coin mechanisms, using products other than approved laundry liquids in the machines. If in doubt speak to one of our team members before using the facilities.
Time Management
Be mindful of the time you use each machine to ensure availability for other customers.
Remove your laundry promptly after the cycle ends to allow others to use the machines.
Moving Other Customers Laundry
Your laundry may be moved out of the machine by our team or another customer, if left unattended
If you move another customers laundry out of the machine it must be done respectfully. i.e. placed into there basket or placed orderly on the bench
Safety and Security
Security cameras are in use. Refer to our privacy policy on the website.
Do not leave your belongings unattended.
In case of emergencies, follow the posted emergency instructions.
Children should be supervised at all times.
If you are bringing your pet with you, the animal must stay on the lead at all times.
General Conduct
No smoking or drinking (alcohol) within the laundromat premises.
Respect fellow customers and our team by maintaining a courteous demeanor.
Disrespect of our property and/or our team may be result in you being reported to the authorities (depending on the circumstances)
