Machine Problems Outside of Staffed Hours ALWAYS Call the Team - 0497 825 801

Coins jammed in the slot:

Ensure that you hear the coin drop into the tray each time before putting another coin into the slot.

In the event the coin doesn’t drop:

• push the silver button until the coin moves through the mechanism and pops out the bottom slot

• If multiple coins are jammed in the mechanism, ask a team member for assistance or call the phone number. The on-call team member will come in to assists.

• Do not attempt to remove the coin mechanism yourself, you will be held liable for any damages that occur to our property

Water leaking out of the machine:

This has happened for one of two reasons: Overfilled the soap in the machine or the door wasn’t closed correctly.

Report this to the team by either calling the phone number or speaking to the team member on shift.

Change machine doesn’t dispense the correct change:

Report this to the team by either calling the phone number or speaking to the team member on shift. They will be able to rectify this for you.

Likely the hooper would have run out of coins.

Miscellaneous challenges:

ALWAYS report challenges to the team by either speaking to the team member on shift or calling the On-Call team member.
