How To Use 24/7 Self Service Machines

Washing Machines (including the pet machines)

Step 1 - Load the drum with your laundry. Be sure not to overload it, this may result in a poor quality wash

Step 2 - Close the door by gently pushing the door into place. Once push in, turn the black handle down to lock it in place

Step 3 - Use no more that 1 cap of washing liquid. Our machines are designed for optimal efficiency - therefore less is more.

  • Liquid works more effectively in our machines than powders. If you are using a pod ensure it is in the drum not the soap dispenser

Step 4 - Insert the coins into the coin slot. Ensuring you hear the coin drop into the tray before adding another one in.

  • Our machines take $1 and $2 - there is a change machine onsite

  • If the coins get stuck in the slot, please refer to Troubleshooting or speak to our team

Step 5 - Choose your temperature and hit the start button. A wash will last for approx. 24 minutes

Dryers (Not available for pet items)

Step 1 - Load your wet clothes into the Dryers (these are at the top of the stack) and close the door.

Step 2 - Insert the coins into the coin slot. Ensuring you hear the coin drop into the tray before adding another one in.

  • Our machines take $1 and $2 - there is a change machine onsite

  • If the coins get stuck in the slot, please refer to Troubleshooting or speak to our team

Step 3 - Choose your temperature and hit the start button. $2 is the minimum and will give you 10 minutes. Every 5 minutes after will be 1 dollar.

  • For a regular load size, we recommend 30-40 minutes for everything to be dried
